Job Title: Bartender 

Job Description: Join our team at the White Eagle as a bartender and become a part of our vibrant community! We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced bartender who shares our passion for great drinks, good times, and excellent customer service. As a bartender at our local establishment, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons while serving up delicious drinks and fostering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, making recommendations when requested
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
• Engage with patrons in conversation, creating a fun and lively atmosphere
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of alcohol and cleaning procedures
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall satisfaction of guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be of legal drinking age and hold any required certifications or permits

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe)
• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of local craft beers and spirits
• Passion for creating unique and innovative cocktails
