As a Security Personnel, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our patrons and staff while upholding the policies and procedures of our establishment. Responsibilities:
- Monitor the premises to prevent and detect any signs of disturbances, unruly behavior, or potential security threats
- Greet patrons in a friendly and professional manner, enforcing entry and age verification procedures as necessary
- Conduct routine patrols of the interior and exterior of the venue to deter and detect any unauthorized activity or safety hazards
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, including medical emergencies, altercations, and disturbances, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation
- Escort unruly patrons off the premises when necessary, utilizing conflict resolution techniques and maintaining composure under pressure
- Collaborate with bar staff, management, and local law enforcement authorities as needed to address security concerns and maintain a safe environment
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including dress code, alcohol service guidelines, and capacity limits
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and make sound judgments under pressure
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to alcohol service, crowd management, and security operations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Certification in first aid, CPR, or other relevant emergency response training
- Experience working in a nightlife or entertainment venue
- Familiarity with security systems and procedures, including ID verification and crowd control techniques
